Sandee has been absolutely wonderful to work with and we're so happy that she helped us find our dream home. We were looking for a house in Texas while living in California and did several tours via FaceTime during which she was very thorough in being our eyes and ears. Once we were in Texas to visit in person, she went above and beyond to show us around, explain the various neighborhoods, their convenience or disadvantages, what was around, etc. She never rushed us or swayed us into a decision. She was always available to discuss properties I found or that she found, was very helpful throughout the entire search and buying process. Sandee is knowledgeable about the area, not just the stats but the more subtle parts (commuting, services, shopping, etc). She was able to guide us through the purchasing process which is very different in TX than from NY. She was responsive and give us sound advice navigating the entire process.[ link omitted ]
