Sandra walked through our home with a keen eye, knowing how to best use our budget for top dollar changes and then, her team made those changes happen painting, landscaping, floors, cleaning, lighting, fixtures, plumbing. What can I say about Sandra that could come close to describing the incredible level of service she provided? Because of this approach, I was presented with 4 great offers in less than 5 days and I was able to secure a price far beyond my expectations. Sandra really rose to the occasion when, only days before closing the fully finished basement sprung a leak. She pulled together a team and got everything repaired before closing. After suffering a completely different experience during the process of purchasing this home, and being underrepresented in every aspect of the transaction, I will be forever grateful that I met Sandra and Jill when I was ready to sell. They took all the stress off my plate and served in its place, a true sense of peace knowing that everything was going to be done with integrity and a great sense of humor.
