I dont know where to begin with a recommendation of someone who walked into your life when it felt like it was all falling apart and made it so much better. After our mom passed away suddenly, and we were left to find a realtor we could trust with her specialized sale, the only person that came to mind was Sandra. Even with that she exceeded expectations. Not only did she come and explain step-by-step what the process would be in an estate situation, but she personally oversaw every single aspectdown to sweeping the garage herself the day of closing!!! She navigated difficult waters of HOA issues and never failed to keep us informed. Her recommendations for updates and her staging had our moms condo under contract the weekend it went on the market. I just cannot say enough great things about this agency especially Sandra herself. Level of care is bar none the best Ive ever had!
