My wife and I have purchased 3 houses, sold 2 and had a rental property. Needless to say we thought we knew what a realtor did and what a realtor was. WRONG!!! We had no idea what a difference a good professional real estate agent made. Dealing with a rental property was trying, my wife and I had used three different realtors over a 6 year period, which resulted in lost rent, months of the property being empty, and frustration. In 2012, on recommendation from Dave Ramseys Endorsed Local Providers, we reached out to The Marconi Team and asked Sandra to help us rent our property. Not knowing what we didnt know at that time, we thought we were just hiring another real estate agent. Far from it!! Sandra and her team marketed and rented our property before we had it clean and ready for tenants!! Not only did she find a renter, she also vetted the interested parties, and helped us choose who would be the best tenant . Along with that she also did a market survey to make sure we got the best price, and she further went above and beyond and checked to see what the market was for selling at that time. She advised not to sell the house, even though that was our ultimate goal, because the market would be better for us the following year. In 2013, we again reached out to the Marconi team to look at the possibility of selling the rental property. Sandra listed the property and had a multiple buyers in a matter of days. Through no fault of the Marconi team, the sell was far from smooth, but through all the turmoil, the Marconi Team kept us informed and dealt with all of the issues, and there were a lot of issues. The following year we sold our house with the Marconi Team, and purchased our dream house. Through all these transactions the Marconi team was not only professional and efficient, but friendly and upbeat. Sandra and Justin are not only the only real estate professionals we will recommend and use, they are our friends.

It has been such a pleasure working with the Marconi Team. Whether we were buying or selling, my husband and I always felt that we were in the best hands possible. Not only do Sandra and Justin make the process as painless as possible logistically, they make you feel like you are a part of their family as well. In the end, we walked away with a great house, and wonderful friendships.

Sandra and her Team are just beyond exceptional. When we first interviewed Sandra we were completely blown away by her expertise, knowledge and professionalism. I can't say enough about Justin and the Marconi team! I was on a short deadline to find a home and wasted most of my time with another realtor. Thank goodness the Marconi team continued to check on me throughout my home search process because the previous realtor ended up being a complete waste of time. I finally ended that agreement and chose Justin as my realtor with less than a week left before my deadline. Justin worked diligently to show me TONS of homes in a matter of days, often in between other client appointments. He is extremely knowledgeable about Houston and the surrounding areas and was therefore able to offer guidance which I needed as I am not from this city. He put in offers immediately and coached me throughout the entire process. He remained in constant contact with me via email, texts, and calls. He reviewed all documents with me and remained in close contact with the closing company I chose, reviewing their work to ensure I was protected. Justin and the Marconi team earned my trust and business for a lifetime.

Thanks to the entire Marconi Team for a job well done in regards to my last home closing. It was one of the most difficult if not the most difficult closes I have ever experienced due to problems with the buyers agent, and the buyers lender. The Marconi Team was there every step of the way not only doing their job well but even going well above and beyond the call of duty by taking actions and performing tasks that clearly should have been the responsibility of the buyers agent and buyers lender. In short they bent over backwards to facilitate the deal and turn what should have been a disaster into a successful close.

I have worked closely with The Marconi Team for the past four year, purchasing several rental properties in the Houston area. Their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail are outstanding.
