My husband and I found and purchased our very first home with the help of Sandra. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She's a very good negotiator and very thorough. I'd think we were separated at birth if I didn't know any better. LOL :). But, Sandra was able to provide us with a very pleasant experience throughout the very long process. She helped us to find a team to close the deal quickly after we had to switch banks. She negotiated our contract to where the sellers paid all of our closing cost fees which was a bonus for us!
