Sandy sold us a Golden Valley home that she flipped. She and her team remodeled the interior, added new appliances, furnace, windows, flooring, bathrooms, etc. I strongly suggest NOT purchasing a home that she has worked on or had any involvement in. Very sloppy and poorly designed remodel. Within the first 2 months the furnace, dishwasher, refrigerator, and flooring all needed repairs/replacements. She had “remodeled” and added these all herself “with permits”. I have trouble believing that any professional was involved with any of this remodel. The cupboards and shelving are extremely poorly fitted into the kitchen and bar area, the new windows weren’t insulated and poorly fitted into the house (extreme drafts Which shouldn’t happen with BRAND NEW windows). Dishwasher and refrigerator leaked, new furnace was broken despite her guarantee that it wasn’t. Overall TERRIBLE work and I’m hoping I can prevent someone from making the same mistake we did. This person should not be allowed to sell or remodel houses if this is the quality of work that she does.
