Sandy Hazlewood

I am a native Texan, born and raised in Houston, and it was the University that drew me to Bryan/College Station. I fell in love with the community so much that I wanted to stay and raise my 3 sons here after graduating! I was fortunate to have been able to be a stay at home mom until they left home, but when I became an empty nester I wanted to use my time doing something that had meaning and purpose. Real estate became that answer for me, so I got my start in 2008, just before the crash! Thankfully we were spared some of what other ares felt largely because of the University's presence. Our community has so much to offer, and because of that, it will always be a great market to invest in!
