I moved to Greenville, NC from a different state and Sandy was one of the very first people I met. I did not know the area at all but wanted to find a rental in a neighborhood that was right for me and my budget. Sandy was so amazing and welcoming - she spent 2 days when I made a trip ahead of time to find housing and showed me multiple properties, discussed pros/cons with me, and really gave me her honest opinions when I explained what I was looking for. I ended up finding the perfect location and Sandy even helped me negotiate with the property management company to secure a better contract. I still keep in touch and when I am ready to buy a home, she will be the first person I call. Sandy is extremely knowledgeable about the area, an experienced realtor, and just plain genuine and down to earth. I would give my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a realtor, whether you are buying/selling/renting. Thanks Sandy!!

Sandy was wonderful to work with! My son and I were purchasing a home and she went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The closing was quick and thorough. Sandy was very patient with us and really listened to our needs. This was our first home purchase. She was able to get us in touch with a mortgage consultant that specialized in first time home buyers. We were able to purchase our new home with now money down or closing costs through a program offered through the state of North Carolina. We loved working with Sandy!

Unfortunately, a very negative experience. Very poor communication and no attention to detail. Very scatterbrained and ultimately found to be very conniving and dishonest in property representation. Will promise certain things that she will never deliver. I sadly cannot recommend working with Sandy.
