Sandy was very thorough in finding out what kind of house, size, number of bedrooms, layout and square footage was required by my family of five. She got to know us enough to know what sort of personal space we would need, and when we found the property, she was ready to move quickly with an offer. She guided me through the mortgage application process and helped me move into the home in an extremely timely manner. Sandy is an amazing agent.

Sandy was amazing during my search for a home for me and my children. She took the time to listen to what our family needed, and/or wanted, and the specific area we needed to live in due to work and school. She did not waste my time in taking me to see properties that did not fit our needs, and she utilized her own experience in home renovation and construction to point out any problems with the property. She even knew that I needed to accommodate our dogs, and was very sensitive to our family's specific needs.
