She is a gem. What can I say, where to start. Sandy has been with us thru our home buying process. She is extremely thorough and energetic and is always willing to go the extra mile and then some.... We were nervous in our home buying process but Sandy made it smooth and relatively painless. (We moved from Hawaii to Henderson, Nevada...clearly it's huge undertaking!!!) We started our process in the beginning of October and was told it would take 30 days to complete the buy, however we were done in less than 20 days. Sandy listens and is very perceptive in our wants and desires of a home. She got us exactly what we wanted and more. She is knowledgeable in all the fine details of a home buying process. Sandy Margolin is amazing and beyond what I could have hoped for in a realtor helping me from out of state. i really can't say enough good things about Sandy. She did an outstanding job of walking me through finding my new home and then buying it.
