Full Disclosure---My wife sold my first house!Sandy has been a realtor for coming up on two years at this point. Knowing I am no realtor, I told her I would depend on her skillset. She set the price, and 9 days later we were pending sale!. Not only that, we had multiple offers. We accepted the one that looked to be the smoothest sell, and here we are actively moving to the next stages of our lives.I am proud of my wife--and hopefully your future realtor. Watching her grow, and build incredible relationships with some of the best-in-class lenders, title companies, insurance companies, photographers, inspectors, and more--she didn't hesitate to get the right people involved the moment we needed them. Negotiations with the buyer went smooth, and we are nearing closure.Love you baby, and thanks for knocking this out of the park!
