We met with several realtors before picking Sandy. Our first impressions? The others were very mediocre compared to Sandy. From that first phone call through the close on the sale of our home, Sandy was amazing. Her personality is contagious. We connected with her immediately, which was important for us when selecting the right realtor. She came to our initial meeting with a huge smile on her face and a well-thought out, thorough presentation. We could just tell that she loves what she does.We had a fairly tight timeline to get our house sold as my husband was starting his new job out of state in just a few weeks. Sandy got to work right away setting up a professional photographer for photos, getting a coming soon sign in our yard, and getting our house information ready to go online ASAP.There were an unbelievable number of showings scheduled prior to the house going live on the market. We went on the market on Friday morning and between Friday and Saturday had over 60 showings!! We received 11 offers and the house was sold that weekend.Sandy explained the process step by step, was very communicative throughout the entire process, and carefully reviewed all offers with us; explaining the pros and cons of each offer. Sandy was an amazing realtor to work with. We went full force getting our house ready to sell. Sandy went through our home and told us what we needed to do. After we did our part, Sandy came in and staged our house like a complete pro. It was staged so well that we said to ourselves, do we really want to move?" Ha yes...to our dream home. The only way I can describe her communication and negotiation with other realtors is "magic." She saved us thousands of dollars through her negotiations. I didn't know how complicated home sales were, and I typically would have been extremely anxious during this whole period, but Sandy was so competent and easy to trust, she really lowered by stress level.
