Sara Hayes has been great to work with. I had been through a very negative experience and lost money with another realtor earlier this year and thought I'd never want to try to sell and buy again but in walked Sara Hayes. It started with her helping me here and there with some questions and looking into properties, just getting my feet wet again. I sense Sara has good instincts into reading people and how to address their specific needs. I soon trusted her and could see there would be no heavy sales pitches here, just what I needed at the time. I dove into the search and when I couldn't find what I needed, she immediately came up with new tactics and solutions. Sara both sold my home and was my agent in my new home purchase. She handled the juggling act well and deftly managed some difficult situations, making sure I was protected and seeing to all my needs and questions. She is a true professional, patient, problem solver, innovative thinker and cares about her clients. She holds your hand until the end and even beyond. She will get the job done for you, but goes the extra mile and makes sure you are happy, not just to close a deal. Will continue to call Sara for all my real estate needs and recommend her to everyone.

Sara was very knowledgeable of the market and the process was seamless. She found us our dream home in a very desirable location for a great price. She returned all texts and phone calls within an hour and I would recommend her to all potential buyers and sellers. She is definitely the person you want in your corner when buying or selling.

I'm editing my review after having gone through another close with Sara Hayes and a particularly frustrating and challenging close it was. I've worked with Sara for several years and what I can attest to about Sara and what sets her apart from so many other realtors is that she cares. Not just cares but takes things to heart. Every issue big or small she immediately jumps to action to find a resolution and she genuinely feels your pain with you which I could see today. She soul searches to see what could've been done differently, she seeks professional and legal advice to make sure things are right, she does all the leg work and phone calls for you and she's always there through every step from initial showings, contracts, inspections and closings, she is by your side as your advocate. If all this weren't enough, she's personally very generous both monetarily and with her time. She's truly a rare professional these days and I always knew this about Sara but I could feel it today and I very much appreciated it. Thank you Sara for everything!

Sara sold a home of ours when we moved to Idaho for five years, and then she found our present home for us when we moved back in 2015. She REALLY knows the area and answered EVERY question we had. She worked diligently for us and found three homes exactly like we were looking for...we bought one!! It seems she eats and sleeps real estate, so she's what we needed. Never an unanswered or wrongly answered question. You can't find anyone better than Sara. She KNOWS the market!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Sara and will use her again when we upgrade from a townhouse to a house. I was looking for a house while I still lived in another city a couple of hours away which was very stressful considering I only had a short-time to find a home before I started my new job. Sara was very patient and listened to me vent when our first offer fell through. I like that she didnt push us into a house we didnt want or suggest any that were too expensive. She was just very calm and relaxed.
