Sara Stephenson

Sara Stephenson was our real estate agent on a home my husband and I recently bought. She did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and the quality of service we received from her. It was a very difficult transaction due to a lot of inspection issues on the property and out of state Sellers. But Sara made it so easy for us. She is the queen of finesse and negotiation! She turned what could have been a nightmare into a smooth process and got the deal done. Sara is an excellent agent in all regards. She sold my beach front home on Camano Island in only 6 days. Sara smoothly and proactively handled all the accepts of getting the property ready market; from staging, arranging minor repairs, finding painters, roof cleaners, carpenters to rebuilding the large view deck and gardeners to tidy up the waterfront. She consulted with local real estate agents on pricing and other local information. I also used Sara Stephenson to sell my Orcas Island waterfront compound several years ago. It was an exclusive high end property which consisted of a large main house, guest house, three car garage, swimming pool, tennis court, dock, pool house with additional guest quarters. It was built y renowned Northwest architect Tom Bosworth on the west side of Orcas and completely private. She is intelligent, has a great team of service providers, works well with other agents, keeps her eye on all details and is totally honest and dedicated to her clients.

She worked tirelessly helping us get it ready – making trips to Goodwill to get rid of stuff, moving furniture, helping to clean up the yard, bringing in her own items for staging for Open Houses. She actually painted the front porch two hours before we had photos taken! She held six Open Houses, each of which was very busy. We had multiple offers and eventually sold for over list price. And during the whole process we encountered a few problems that she handled with calm professionalism. She responded immediately whenever I called or texted. Sara was awesome form the moment we met. She was a joy to talk to and to be around. She got to know us and our house preferences quickly. She was very dedicated and professional.
