Letter of Recommendation for Sarah Beth LitzenbergOctober 2020Dear Prospective Homeowner, Preparing to sell and/or buy a home, although exciting, can be a daunting task. I would like to take an opportunity to share with you our outstanding experience working with Sarah Beth. Once I started an internet search for who would list our current home and facilitate the purchase of our next, I was inundated with calls and texts from many area realtors. It was a little overwhelming and hard to know who to choose. At one point, I thought my decision was made, but once I spoke to Sarah Beth on the phone, I knew immediately she was the right realtor for us. What set Sarah Beth apart from the rest? Instantly I could tell she was going to work for us. Our needs and our best interest would be her only priority. Before meeting us in person, she took the initiative to learn everything she could about our property, including comps, previous appraisals, tax information, and even requested pictures of the updates we had done. Other realtors failed to ask specific questions about our home while some never bothered to ask for the address. Once meeting Sarah Beth face-to-face, we found her knowledge of the real estate market to be extensive and her demeanor to be congenial and cooperative. She had many helpful suggestions on how to highlight the best assets of our home and proposed a selling price that was considerably above what we had expected, her rationale based on the data for our area. We ended up listing our home for the sweet spot she suggested. And Sarah Beth was right! Keep reading to learn the end of our story! During our initial meeting with Sarah Beth, she listened to what we were looking for in a new home. Not sure where we wanted to buy, Sarah Beth suggested an area new to us and we drove there that evening, finding the absolute perfect home just waiting for us. She put us in contact with a lender later that night (Brian was wonderful to work with) and we put the purchase of our new home in motion. Things started happening fast! My husband and I promptly completed every single suggestion she gave to prepare our home for being photographed (Amber also was wonderful) and to go live a week later. Her expert advice paid off. We had so many showing requests that the first morning it was hard to keep up and was mind-blowing. But even more thrilling was receiving several offers the very next day, including the one we accepted which was $20,000 over our asking price. In the end, we sold our home for tens of thousands more than we anticipated and put that money toward unexpected upgrades for our new home. Sarah Beth walked us through every aspect of this journey and made this the easiest move weve ever had. She went way beyond our expectations, was on top of every single detail with quick responses, and offered valuable information and resources.
