My husband and I decided to sell our home a little over a year ago. The decision to use Sarah Brogdon was simple. We knew several people whom she had been their realtor and had heard nothing but good things. She was incredibly patient and told us straight what to expect. She then went above and beyond our expectations. We would definitely recommend Sarah. She made the whole process as easy as possible that we almost wouldn't mind doing it again with her and her team!

The reason I moved from Chattanooga is I retired and wanted to relocate to Florida. I decided to hire Sarah because she is very energetic, motivated and a very hard worker! Also, Sarah had the right insights into position my house to sell to a younger family seeking the Normal Park school area. Some of my favorite things Sarah did were professional photographs and negotiating the final sale even with my being out of the country and 5 hours ahead of Chattanooga time. There isn't a thing she could have done better and I would absolutely recommend her to others. Sarah was terrific and made the process of selling my house painless.

Davey & Sarah did a wonderful job selling out house. This was the 4th transaction they have helped us with. They went above and beyond answering questions and coordinating everything from the listing all the way through the closing. We will always use them for any real estate transaction.

After seeing a few places together he had a good idea of what I was looking for and showed me great options in my price range. He was quick at putting in offers and very communicative with the process. I work out of town and found the online portal for documents/signatures very convenient and easy to use. Cannot say enough good things about Sarah and Davey as our agents. We primarily worked with Davey and appreciated his laid-back demeanor, but he was always available for us and when there was a house that we wanted to see, he made sure to get us there as soon as humanly possible. He got us into the house we ended up buying about an hour after the listing went live, which was huge in a market with such fast turnover. We appreciated all his honesty and advice as we are first-time home buyers and new to the area, and would absolutely recommend him and Sarah as a great agent team.
