What seems like ages ago, I was a high school English teacher in South Charlotte who dabbled in real estate over the summers. While teenagers are great and all, the day to day high school grind didn’t compare to the excitement and perpetual change of real estate. My grandmother, who sold real estate in Chicago & Orlando for nearly 50 years was right: this is one of the few careers where you help people with different tastes, backgrounds, and budgets fulfill a very special dream. I’ve been in Charlotte now for six years and couldn’t love a city more. Originally, I’m from Orlando, FL and moved to Charlotte after graduating from Florida State University with an English Education degree.
