We met Sarah when we were thinking about moving out of state. Without any promise of a sale, she came to our house to check it out and make recommendations on what we should fix prior to listing our home. She was extremely responsive, and when we finally told her we had a plan to move, she had a photographer to our home the next day, listed the home same day, which resulted in us selling our home within 2 days of listing it. She never let more than 2 hours go by without responding to us, and had great recommendations for first-time home sellers. We only wish we could have had Sarah on the other side of the situation, helping us find a home in our new state!
