Agent Sarah Padilla, was one of the Best real state agents that my family and I have worked with. Her work ethic and client dedication is above expectations. Agent Padilla, was always on top of her game; weather it was making sure papers were signed on time or making sure that I was not only informed through out the process but rather become knowledgeable. She was extremely responsive no matter the day or time. She was always willing to go the extra mile and to make sure she worked in my interest I.e getting me the better price negotiable and inspectors along the way. The list is infinite to list in here but her professionalism and talents are exceptional. Highly recommended!!

I had a great experience with Sarah. She is really knowledgeable about the whole buying process and helped me negotiate the price of the home I wanted to where I was comfortable. She also helped me with all the inspections and making sure we made all the deadlines for closure. She was there with the inspectors making sure everything went smooth even when I coudn't be there because of my busy work schedule. She is also very responsive, when I had any questions I would call or text and she would respond right away. I had the honor and privilege of working with Sarah Padilla to purchase my first home. I say honor and privilege because I feel very fortunate to have found with such a kind, thoughtful, detail-oriented, diligent and uniquely capable individual for this experience. I lucked out in a major way! Prior to working with Sarah, I worked with a few agents who it didn't work out with. I honestly feel that it was some sort of divine intervention to have met her. The stars seriously aligned! Absolutely exceptional service! "Above and beyond" does not even BEGIN to describe the level of care and consideration Sarah used to help me purchase my perfect home. From the very beginning she conscientiously considered my needs, wants, and budget. She was extremely thoughtful in sending me and showing me homes, paying close attention to my wish list and budget. She really listened to me and honored my needs- never pressuring me. She always helped me weight out the pros and cons of each home. I felt very comfortable working with her knowing she was as invested as me in finding the perfect home for ME. She was very easy to work with, and even when my offers were declined she was ready with kind words, wisdom, and options for more awesome homes to view. When I finally got into contract on my dream home, she helped me arrange inspections (even getting me free and reduced priced inspections, free public records, etc. - always a plus!!). She is very well connected and really examined ways to reduce my out of pocket expenses which I really appreciated as a first time home buyer! She ordered inspections, specialty inspections, re-inspections, etc., managed complex documents for me, and used those documents to really go to bat for me in negotiations. Exceptional just doesn't cut it. I had total faith in her during negotiations, and rightfully so! She helped me get over $20,000 in repairs which helped me feel at ease knowing my home was ready to go at closing! Even after repairs were made she checked and double checked to ensure each and every agreed upon item was repaired before closing. Each and every item. Each and every one! She held the contractor responsible, and even got the contractor to go back out to the home to address missed items (and also got the contractor to cover the cost of our inspector to double check their work). Sarah understands real estate in a special way. She has an extraordinary talent for it. More importantly, she is an awesome person and enjoys matching people with their dream homes. When skill/talent meet heart/ethic, you just can't go wrong! I couldn't have had a better experience.

Before writing this review, I did not know that Sarah always gets 5 stars. I would like to add one more if I can. Besides being an outstanding agent she is a wonderful person to work with. My wife and I were going to discuss who to pick between the three agents we interview before selecting the best one. Sarah was the last one we interview and her presentation stand out in so many ways. She brought us every single little detail information that you can imagine. She explained in detail, patiently listen to what we have to say, and set up a plan with our terms and condition. We felt comfortable with her and chose Sarah as soon as we have done with the presentation. Then, Sarah brought in a talented team to stage the home. Within two hours, they turned the house into a model home. Next, she brought in a photographer who took absolutely great pictures for listing. Sarah worked hard and make sure we come out on top in every aspect. She asked us for even a piece of tiny information that we thought it will not important but it did. We felt like she is doing it for her own home. Sarah took care of every up and down during the process and jumped right into action if anything that did not look right. She reviewed all the offers we had in detail and explain all the pros and cons. Her advice and suggestion came out right every single time. We felt like having a family member taking good care of us. At the end of the process, we assumed it will be a simple congratulation and goodbye as we experienced with our last 5 purchase/sold houses over the years. Sarah gave us a beautiful flower vase and a photo album of the house. We now have a great agent to work with. Anyone who is reading this, you will not be disappointed to have Sarah Padilla as your agent.

At the beginning of my journey within the home buying process, as a young first time buyer I was very anxious, nervous and frightened. I had no knowledge about where to even start! Im so thankful to have met Sarah. From the first call, and initial conversation to the day my keys were handed, all my questions were answered and I felt trust right away. I never felt a question was to dumb to ask. Sarah took every personal need and request into consideration and she thoroughly listened and took the time to explain every question no matter the time or day of the week. I. was shocked to receive calls at late business hours, weekends and holidays. Her self sacrificing spirit was really seen. Every house we went to see, at least 3 of my requests were met, and never was I pushed or pressured into buying the first home we came across. When it came time to submit offers, she made sure I was really in love with the property prior to moving on within the process. I really feel like I got the best deal, and her extensive knowledge and background really got me to my dream house. Sarah is involved in the whole process, therefore making you feel she genuinely cares. At times, Sarah did not feel like a realtor, but more like a friend because she really listened and went above and beyond to please throughout the process. Never did I imagine the process would be as pleasant and easy going. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about the transaction, and if you are seeking an easy, worry free, and smooth purchase then don't hesitate to give Sarah a call. Sarah is a go-getter, over achiever and makes things happen. Perfection in every aspect awaits.

Sarah is an amazing realtor. She listened carefully to a list of things my daughter and I wanted in a home and showed us only the properties that fit our list. When we found our perfect home, she patiently explained the homebuying procedure and walked us through every step along the way. Sarah returned all our phone calls promptly, arranged for us to meet with a mortgage broker, set up all inspections, and generally made our first time homebuying experience an easy and pleasant process.
