Sarah is the best! This is coming from a client who is a month in from their first closing date. There was alot of nerves and "what ifs" during the process, but Sarah was always there at a moment's notice to quell those nerves and answer any questions about the process and the transaction. Sarah was extremely responsive and listen to our wish list as we were looking to purchase a condo. We only wanted one particular area, which had limited units on the market. Sarah did a mailing to the residents of the complex letting them know she had a possibly buyer, if they were going to be selling. This resulted in us looking at and ultimately buying a unit before it was listed, which was very convenient for both us and the sellers. During the "looking" phase we looked at several units, some of them multiple times. Sarah was always willing to show us the unit and help us talk through the pros/cons of each unit, based on our wish list. We live approximately 2 1/2 hours from the Cape so Sarah was always open to meeting us on weekends at a time that was convenient for us. When we did make an offer and/or counter offer (which we did on a few units) Sarah was very responsive to our budget and did not try to have us overstep what we were comfortable with. Once our offer was accepted, on the unit we bought, Sarah helped us walk through the process with great ease. We would highly recommend Sarah for your real estate needs.
