Sarah was great to work with. Reachable, prompt and made this stressful process easy.

Would give zero stars if possible. I requested a showing for an apartment, filled out all my information and selected a time and date from a list of preset options. I received a text and email confirmation of my showing. The email said to respond with any questions, and I sent a response with some more information about what I was looking for. I showed up to the showing and waited for 25 minutes. During that time I emailed, texted and called Sarah. She never responded to any of my messages. I even tried to call the management company, and when I did, it rang a few times and hung up. I then continued to receive several automated emails from Sarah saying that it was “nice to meet me”. I again replied and asked if this was a bot or a real person. Finally, the real Sarah responded quite rudely and said that she had never confirmed my showing, and that she already had applications for the property in process. I responded one more time, and she replied to me with an automated email that said the property was off the market. Terrible experience with Sarah. Very rude and zero accountability.
