If you are looking to rent/buy a property Savina Delgado is the perfect person to contact! My Brothers and I needed to move almost immediately and although we lacked great credit scores,and had low incomes Savina was determined to find us a new home. Savina saved us a lot of money and time on application fees. She is very charismatic, easy to talk to, and very caring! Not only did she find us a place in no time but it was significantly better than we expected to ever get. Through process she became more than just our realtor but a friend! Working for Disney you learn to always go above and beyond for any guests, but you hardly ever get that in return anywhere else. So when my husband and I found ourselves on the receiving end of the going above and beyond service we truly appreciated it! Savina and the property firm was there every step of the way. She helped us sell our house and buy our dream property. You can trust she is there for you and your needs, wishes and best interest. Savina recently helped us buy a new home in the Orlando area. We were referred to Savina by a friend, and we were so happy that she was our agent. She was prepared for our first meeting, and she made sure we were prepared to make an offer and move quickly. She showed us homes that were within our budget, and in our preferred neighborhoods. She provided us good advice on making a bid on a home to make sure that our offer was strong, and once the bid was accepted, she made sure that we were able to do all of the inspections in a timely manners.As an out of state buyer, it was helpful to have Savina working for us. She never got tired of our questions and she was always prompt in responding to any of our questions. She was so organized and knew the market so well. She helped with issues ranging from water intrusion to HOA issues. We were from CA buying a home in FL. The two most important qualities for a realtor in this situation were communication and attention to detail. Savina fit the bill perfectly. She is quick to respond via email, voice, or text at all different times of day. She communicated quickly, thoroughly, and in an easy to understand manner. What I respect most is her attention to detail. When we showed up in Florida, we met up with her a couple hours after we arrived. She had booked 8 places for us to see in three areas/two schools we were interested in. Not only were these reserved and planned in advance, but she gave us a book she'd made with info on each house in the order we saw them. She gave us a pen to take notes. She has a great knowledge of central FL and knew what we wanted most. As we viewed properties, she would make sure we were aware of some of the special or interesting features. She knew the questions to ask the listing agents about each property. If there was a question we had that we couldn't find the answer to then she would call around until she found the answer. Savina even arranged some repair/remodel quotes for us on our chosen home. We ended up making several offers on two different homes. Savina's knowledge of the area really helped us. She had a good sense of what we should offer and what we should expect. Even after closing, Savina still lets us know helpful things like places to change locks on the house. Her communication and attention to detail really helped us out. She had to work with our HOA before and after closing. Savina was very accommodating to our tight schedule. She really cares about finding the perfect house for you. She goes above and beyond. She is so knowledgeable. I recommend her for a great home buying experience.
