The best thing that I liked about working with Scheline is she did not push us to buy houses based on the loan amount we were approved. She gave us a reality picture of buying a house with "if's and but's" which I think is very important. Sometimes, we get excited and go overboard with excitement and end up deciding to get an expensive one thinking we might be able to cover it during that and we do not oversee and think about the future. But having her as a realtor, she kept me in control with the excitement of going overboard till we found the right house near a small pond that fits our budget even if one of us will be unemployed.
