Absolutely abhorrent! Don’t ever put your trust in these folks particularly realtor Scot Tomitz! He handled my sale and purchase and totally dropped the ball. I could write a book on everything he did wrong but main point he sold me a house that was supposed to be 2053 sq ft only to find out after closing it was less than 1600 sq ft. He lied throughout the process and just seemed intent on hurrying things along to get the deals done and collect his commissions. He even managed to upset my inspector and other stakeholders. This man is a lie and cheat and his broker (Flex) backs him all the way.
