- Scott listed and sold my home
Scott undervalued our home in setting the price and also represented the buyer looking for a quick close. He initially said it was a cash buyer and then told us it was financed and HE could have it closed in 21 days. I foolishly believed him. Aweek later the EXACT same property as mine was sold for 30k MORE. YES, you read it correctly, THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE!! Mr. Addison clearly did not know the market and I trusted his advisement, only to suffer this tragic loss. SELLERS BEWARE!!
