We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have an enjoyable process with an outcome that is above and beyond your initial expectations. During our process, we changed our minds a few times which can be frustrating but Scott did not push us into buying, rather kept informing us along the way. His insight into weighing investment vs. dream home was awesome and gave the perspective needed when making a significant purchase. Every trip to view houses, he brought the listing, ran the numbers on each house and had details about the house that left us feeling informed. It was very clear, he was prepared for every viewing we had, all while being prompt and being respectful of our time. Once we made a decision on a house, he was available to validate our thought process. He also kept us on track throughout the financing processing, helped with the inspection by pointing us in the right direction and ultimately, was there to answer any questions we had. Honestly, it was a top notch experience and for being first time home buyers, his assistance was the key to a successful, smooth process.

Scott helped me find tenants for my rental. Being an absentee owner, I relied on him for everything from listing the rental to determining the appropriate rate and ultimately getting the lease executed. Within days after the initial conversation, the rental was listed on MLS and other websites, with professional pictures and description. Despite busy schedule, Scott remained flexible and was able to accommodate multiple showings. He was responsive every step of the way, and we were able to find tenants and get the lease executed quickly and seamlessly. I highly recommend Scott and wouldn't hesitate to use him for future real estate transactions.

I have to say that I just had the BEST experience buying my home with Scott Alfano as a realtor. He listened to all of our concerns and helped us to find the PERFECT home for us. In addition to him really paying attention to what was important in a home for me and my husband, he knew a great deal of the technical details that I really didn't know and helped us through the whole process. I was very nervous buying a new home because we had tried several years ago and got caught up in a very bad situation. Scott made us feel so comfortable and navigated all of the paperwork and negotiations with ease. In addition, when we started getting VERY nervous about the closing date with everything starting to close down prior to the Covid-19 stay at home situation, he assisted us in expediting the closing before local businesses began closing. I have had a great experience purchasing my first home with Scott by my side. He was very knowledgeable about the process which was a huge help due to this being my first purchase. He was responsive almost immediately each time I had a question or just needed to reach out. He has been in the area for a while now and went to college at UCF so his knowledge of the area is superb. He was able to negotiate the price down from our initial offer after an appraisal issue arose. He also worked with me in detail going through multiple listing, finding the pros & cons of each to narrow the search and find exactly what I was looking for. Scott was recommended to me after he represented my girlfriend while she was trying to find somewhere to rent last year and I am extremely glad I worked with him. I wouldn't own the house I do now if it weren't for him!

Our house sold for list in under 48 hours. Is there really anything else that you need to know? Scott helped advise us on how to stage our house to make it look its absolute best. All of our neighbors thought that we were listing at way too high of a price, but he pushed for it and the ultimately proved them all wrong. It was such a smooth process from start to finish.

Scott did an amazing job helping us find the perfect house. Searching during the pandemic, brought a special set of challenges. it was an incredibly tricky market with very few houses available and so much competition. He was willing to take the time and view so many different houses with us. We found a historic house and he helped us navigate through a bad inspection and didn’t try to talk us into buying something that we shouldn’t. We ultimately retracted our offer (which was absolutely the right move) and then found an even better house. He did an excellent job through the negotiation phase and brought the purchase price it into our budget. I can’t recommend Scott enough!
