Scott Badger began his career in real estate at the young age of 15 when he began working for his uncle's appraisal business in Walla Walla, Washington in 2000. In 2005, Scott branched away from his Uncle and created his own company, Badger Appraisal Services. In 2014, Scott acquired his broker's license and entered into real estate sales. After appraising homes all over Washington as well as in Florida, he is now able to use his plethora of valuation knowledge to assist home seekers in finding the house of their dreams. Over his career, Scott has help builders, investors and first-time home buyers find the property most valuable to them. Personally, Scott has invested in multiple properties in the Seattle area and has led his team to the success of many "fixer uppers". The real estate world is a vast and ever changing market and Scott's knowledge, integrity and genuine care for each client makes him the ideal broker.

Scott is the best agent out there. He will go above and beyond for you. Not only was he able to sell our house but he made sure that our new house was all taken care of before we moved in. Anything that needed fixing he was on top of it. Calling vendors to being there to meet someone when we could not. He really knows his stuff and will fight for you and for what you want until the very end. Whats great about Scott is once the deal is done he is still around making sure you have everything you need and more.
