Scott is extremely knowledgeable about the area. He was our buyers' agent and gave us excellent advice. We had a difficult experience with a less-than-ethical sellers' agent when we were selling our previous home and were happy to have Scott to help us through the transaction.

Scott Botelho sold our hime in Massachusetts when we moved to Florida and he did an excellent job and we found him to be both professional and pleasant to deal with. I was very reluctant to deal with a realtor. I find a lot of them to be as trustworthy as used car salesmen. I met Scott at an open house we attended and while I first kept my distance he eventually gained my trust and we signed with him to sell our home. He was always very responsive, either taking my calls or emails when I placed them or calling me back within the hour. I never had to hunt him down to get a response. Scott was very patient. After showing us a couple of places he knew what were looking for. He guided us through making offers and counter offers. He never tried to push us toward anything that was over what we wanted to spend even though he knew we were preapproved for more.
