In 2010 we started a program that was geared to show our appreciation of our Military men and women. I really appreciate the service that they have given to our country. Christmas Eve 2010 I received a call from a family the husband was returning to Iraq the following day. What a pleasure to help his family put together the contract that allowed them to purchase their new home. The seller almost always pays the commission on a home when you buy. Real estate agents seldom charge you, the buyer, for their services. That's why you pay the same price for a home whether or not you have professional representation: In most cases the seller has already agreed to pay for a buyers agent to bring the buyers that are interested in buying there home (Remember, this is where we come in: we give you huge closing gifts at closing).
