Scott Craft was a fantastic realtor. As a first-time homebuyer, I heavily relied on his extensive knowledge of the Denver metro market and overall home buying process. To start, he only sent me recommendations that fit my price range, home type, and desired neighborhoods. He was very thorough when viewing potential homes and always highlighted important aspects of a home or its construction that I was unaware of (such as potential foundation issues, hidden costs, and workmanship). When it came time to make an offer Scott was incredibly proactive and would have the papers drawn up within hours. Further, his ability to judge a homes true value compared to listing price was invaluable, which, in conjunction with his negotiation skills, enabled me to close on a beautiful home under asking price this afternoon. Beyond that, he was very patient (we viewed around 30 houses before going under contract) and I never felt the stereotypical pressure to buy that many potential home buyers experience with their realtors. Further, he explained each step of process along the way, handled all of the red tape, and made the daunting task of purchasing my first home much more comfortable and I dare say enjoyable. A job well done, Scott! Would recommend 10 out of 10 and will definitely be reaching out to him when I make another real estate transaction.

Scott helped me purchase my first home in 2015. His patience in looking at 30+ homes and 5+ written offers allowed us to find the perfect house for us without the typically pressure realtors can sometimes exude. After telling him we wanted to make an offer at $320,000 he recommended making it $321,000 to give us an edge over other offers. We found out at closing that this small change was the difference between our offer being accepted versus the numerous others that came in at $320k. This sort of insight, his patience and his overall caring for his customers wants and needs makes him an easy to recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.

He is extremely knowledgeable about the greater Denver real estate market and will be a very valuable resource if you are purchasing a residence or an investment property. He has personally bought, refurbished, sold and continues to manage many properties throughout the front range and is willing and able to lend his expertise. Not only was Scott able to find me the home that perfectly matched what I had envisioned, but he was able to negotiate the purchase at asking price quite a feat in an extremely competitive Denver market with other offers coming in. Scott is an excellent communicator and kept me informed of all updates throughout my buying process. To add further peace of mind, Scott was able to recommend trusted inspectors and assessors to make sure everything about my property was a-ok. I cant imagine a better buying experience.
