Scott is simply amazing. His tactful negotiations and attention to detail were critical in closing the sale on the house that we were buying. I woke him up early on the morning of July 4th when he was on vacation to get some last minutes papers back to by the buyer. Scott drove 10 miles to get an internet connection and got it taken care off. Besides that Scott has a great eye for detail and his input/advise on potential remodel ideas were critical through our decision making process

Scott was an excellent agent! He helped me more than I can say with the sale of my condo. It was the first home that I had purchased so this was the first time I have ever gone through selling and he did a great job of explaining the process and calming me down when I became an emotional wreck over it. I could not have asked for a better agent and he will be the first person I call as soon as I am ready to purchase my next home!

My wife and I were first time home buyers and Scott helped us probably more than he bargained for. We spent several hours on the phone (sometimes pretty late into the night) discussing offers or talking mortgages. Buying a house is definitely not all that its cracked up to be, for my wife and I it was one of those experiences that are like a roller coaster you have super Highs and super Lows. The one thing constant was are real estate brokers, Scott and his team we're there for all the lows and they're responsible for all the High. One thing that really amazed me about Scott and his team what how honest they were, he was never just looking for the sale his main focus was to make sure my wife and I where as happy as possible now and for as long as we own the house . with as much time that I spent with him I would not only recommend them to anyone and use them again but I would gladly call him a friend

What to say about Scott... Without knowing the background to the whole deal, the best I can say is that Scott Crouch is the only reason the house closed. He went above and way beyond I would ever have expected a realtor to go. I can honestly say that Scott truly cares more about the customer and getting what they want rather than his own personal gain at the end of the day. Its hard to come by people like him these days it seems. Scott came as a referral from someone I know and based on my previous experiences with realtors, I can honestly say I have a realtor for life now.

I expected that buying my first home would be a long and painful ordeal, but Scott was able to help me find exactly what I needed, and went out of his way to arrange showings that fit my schedule. I was immediately at ease with him and never felt rushed or pressured. In fact, his disclaimer when we first met was that this might take a while - we would take as long as was needed to find my perfect home, and that he would be brutally honest about every property we viewed. And he was! He was very straightforward about anything he saw that he disliked, often pointing out signs of hidden damage or other issues that might end up costing me in the long run (yay, construction background!). He was caring, responsive, and guided me through every part of the process. He was also available at all times, kept me constantly updated, and always made time for my questions. Even a month after my home closed he helped me with a furnace issue, on his own time!

Scott was great to work with and brought a strong edge to the bargaining table and a strong understanding of how to set up offers and responses. After a lengthy property search Scott took the extra step to seal a deal with the sellers. If it weren't for his quick strong action I would have lost the purchase.

My wife and I found Scott while searching online for houses from across the country. Due to. Family situation I had to tell Scott to hold off on looking for about 45-60 days. I gave him a date to reach out to us again, not once did he call before that date, completely respecting the situation we were in. Because of, and only because of, his commitment to my family and an easy process were we able to arive in the area on a Sunday, and make an offer on a house 2 days later without hesitation or question. This was only because he had already answered all of our questions concerning the areas we were looking at, schools, communities, etc. We have been in our home for well over a year now and I still remember how great the process, as well as Scott and his team were.

My experience with Scott was great. He was very kind, paid attention to detail and made sure to help us find something that met our needs and desires. What I think sets Scott apart from other brokers is that he was honest and was not looking just to make a sale. If he saw something wrong with a property or didn't think a location had great potential or a likelihood of good re-sale value, he would tell us. Many times my husband and I found properties we liked and said we wanted to throw in an offer but he noticed the small issues that other people may not tell you about. I felt his honesty was helpful especially because he saved us from putting in offers that would have fallen through or likely not pass an inspection. Scott also has a background in construction and this knowledge is so valuable when it comes to house searching as he has a keen eye for homes and their potential. Lastly, he is very patient which makes the process much easier as house searching could be stressful. I highly recommend him if you are looking for properties in the greater King County area in Washington.

I don't think that I'm going to be able to put into words how grateful I am that Scott Crouch was our agent for the recent purchase of our new home. Without going into too much detail, as that would be a novel, suffice it to say the purchase of this home was a rollercoaster, and not a fun one. It seemed that everything that could go wrong, did. This is really two reviews describing our experience working with Scott. The first time we worked together we were purchasing our first house(10/12), lots of excitement coupled with an equal portion of stress. Scott really went the extra mile in staying the course while we searched for something we could afford and still make our commutes. When we finally found The House, his capabilities really became apparent. His quick action in contacting the listing agent, advice in negotiating price and clearing up potential problems identified in the inspection report led to a fantastically quick and smooth closing. When we discovered a piece of land we fell in love with 1 years after our house purchase, I immediately contacted Scott. Even though the price of the land was pennies compared to a modest sales price for the area, Scott really worked hard for us. Our dream property was a last second opportunity that required quite a bit of scrambling, and presented several large hurdles but Scott pulled out all the stops and closed the deal(7/14). I have and will continue to recommend Scott for any real estate needs.

We went through several Realtors before we finally met Scott. Scott knew what he was doing and understood the business far better than any of the other Realtors that we met. He helped us get through all the weird bumps and twists of real estate, and really cared about what we want and who we are.
