Scott did an excellent job helping us stage and market our condo, which in turn allowed us to make a profit on our sale. He and his team handled all the details including choosing the paint color, painter, staging elements, and photographer as well as providing all those people with access to our unit. We had moved an hour away prior to going on the market, so this was a huge help to us. Lastly, Scott helped us negotiate with our buyers to provide an attractive deal for both us and them.
