Working with Scott was truly a great experience. We were out of town buyers so Scott utilized the time we had to the best of his ability. We told him what we were looking for and gave hm a budget not to exceed. We reviewed several properties but were unable to locate one that worked for us. Several days later Scott emailed us a property and based on the information he provided and his expertise and negotiation skills we made an offer and it was accepted (sight unseen). We would highly recommend Scott for any real estate transactions.

I didn't buy the richest or most expensive home, yet Scott gave me what appeared to me to be his everything.

Scott was great! I'm only sorry that I didn't meet him sooner. He was my fourth agent. Scott explained things and didn't expect me to just take his word. He also waited for my impression of a property before giving his and showed me what I wanted to see. Very reassuring and a breeze to work with. It was a wonderful experience! He helped find the house the we both agree. He gave us information having a solar in a house. He explained how much money we can put down, we look for houses for two days only and most of all we close w/In 24 days. We're so lucky to have Scott Ervin as our realtor.
