Scott was excellent, he handled everything about selling our home in Casselberry while we were out of state. He coordinated with contractors to get the house ready for showing, including steam cleaning, yard work, roofing, pressure cleaning, and general handyman work. He always kept us informed about what was happening and what the next steps were, was very responsive to any questions we had, and just kept on top of everything. He said he would get our home to sell for more than the asking price and he delivered! I highly recommend Scott if you are looking to sell your house, he is very good at his job and I would not hesitate to work with him again.

What first impressed me about Scott was his extremely high energy level, his blatant honesty, and his knowledge about our area and the current market, although, during our sale process, it was his marketing expertise that blew us away. I was fortunate enough to get Wes & Scott Garrison as a realtors. I am a first time home buyer so had no idea what I was doing. What I did know, I needed to find a home and I was ready to stop renting. On Zillow I requested to view a home in the area where I was looking. Wes and Scott were the realtor that came to show that house. While the first house I viewed ended up not being what I was looking for, Wes and Scott asked about the price range and the needs I had for the new home.
