I was very impressed with Scott. When I met with him he asked what I thought the house was worth (it was a house in a family trust). I told him what I thought and he said "I think you could get more". Scott asked if I would put the house on the market for more and if it didn't sell in a week we could lower the price. I thought this is what he does so he has researched the areas and knew what the asking price should be. He came took pictures and I thought he is going to need to reduce the price but I kept saying this his profession so he knows what he is doing. And anyway he said he can lower the price in a week if no buyers. I went online to Zillow and I could not believe my eyes of how well he presented our house. It was amazing! In 4 days we had (9) NINE offers and a couple for the full price. So we accepted one of the offers and Scott stayed on top of the sale and the escrow closed in 20 days.

Very professional, worked around my schedule, got me top dollar for my house. Scott pretty much took care of everything for me on the sale, making it a very smooth transaction.

My wife and I met Scott at an open house, and within the next few weeks we were in the process of selling our condo. Scott was extremely professional in everything that he did, from negotiations with the buyers on the condo we sold to the negotiations with the owners on the home we bought. With the market the way it was, our condo was listed and sold within a few weeks, and we closed escrow a few weeks later. Our other home was ready to go a week after that. Scott was very open to communication in a variety of ways: Text Messages, E-Mails, Phone Calls (at appropriate times), etc. I was glad to hear that my incessant need to know what was going on was not dismissed, either. I would definitely recommend Scott as your real estate agent.

Scott was great to work with. He is very familiar with the Inland Empire, specifically Rancho Cucamonga where I purchased a home.
