We recently used Scott as our realtor and couldn't have been happier. We were selling and buying at the same time, and Scott handled both deals for us. You want a guy like Scott when problems come up. He was in our corner the whole time, keeping not just us up to speed on information, but also the lenders and agents for our replacement home. What can we say? Scott is amazing at what he does! He is absolutely the best Realtor in the Rancho Cucamonga and Alta Loma area. Scott helped us sell our home for more than the asking price and in less time than he promised. He also helped us buy or replacement home in Upland. He was able to negotiate a great deal for us. Scott is honest, trustworthy, and compassionate about what he does. He knows the ins and outs of a real estate transaction. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire process and Scott helped keep our nerves at bay. Buying and selling a home is a very stressful process. All I can say is if you're looking for one of the best Realtors in town then Scott is your man. We will definitely use him in the future and we will be referring all of our friends and family. Scott is an amazing Realtor. He goes above and beyond. I thought I had lost my little house to another person. Scott began to work. He wrote letters and made an assertive stance to get this home for me. Also the lender, Joe that he uses was amazing. The entire process was smooth.
