Scott Harding

A 1989 Baldwin High School graduate and lifetime resident of the South Hills, I have been a life-long Baldwin / Whitehall resident . My wife Susan, who I met in high school, is originally from Baldwin Borough. We have two daughters who attend the Baldwin Whitehall School District and actively involved in community athletics. A Desert Storm veteran, I served my country for four years in the United States Army. I completed basic and advanced training at Fort mcClelland Alabama and later served with the 24th Infantry Division (Fort Stewart Ga). I attended Community College of Allegheny South campus and in December of 2003 earned my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Pittsburgh.
