Scott Henderson

Scott owns OPM realty - a property management company in OKC and is a licensed agent. We had flooding for months - couldn’t get responses or help. They stopped communicating completely. We finally put in a notice to leave before lease was up as they were in violation and it was unlivable. Since then, we have contacted multiple times to do a walk through and discuss deposit as well as some sort of credit for paying rent to a place we couldn’t stay in. The company would not get us the owners contact info so I did some research and discovered he was an agent for his own investment properties. I called - he lied and said he was maintenance and didn’t use his license - asked for my info to “pass along” - I told him no as I’ve called them a ton and nothing. He hung up on me and blocked my number. I’ve spoken with other tenants that have experienced the same thing through this company. He is a slumlord that hides behind his management company. They have switched locations and phone numbers so many times over the years. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY
