Scott owns OPM realty - a property management company in OKC and is a licensed agent. We had flooding for months - couldn’t get responses or help. They stopped communicating completely. We finally put in a notice to leave before lease was up as they were in violation and it was unlivable. Since then, we have contacted multiple times to do a walk through and discuss deposit as well as some sort of credit for paying rent to a place we couldn’t stay in. The company would not get us the owners contact info so I did some research and discovered he was an agent for his own investment properties. I called - he lied and said he was maintenance and didn’t use his license - asked for my info to “pass along” - I told him no as I’ve called them a ton and nothing. He hung up on me and blocked my number. I’ve spoken with other tenants that have experienced the same thing through this company. He is a slumlord that hides behind his management company. They have switched locations and phone numbers so many times over the years. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY

I tried calling about two different rentals from Scott's properties. No answer this time but I later received an automated text from his assistant with a scrolling list of random property addresses (just the addresses, no photos, no prices, no details- just addresses) and asked which of them I'm interested in. I called again (they answered this time) and I asked to speak to Scott (she refused because this office thinks he's super important). Reluctantly, I informed this woman that I have 2 properties in mind but I'd possibly be interested in others too, however I'm not going to sort through this insane list but I would love for them to sort through it for me, given my search criteria. She rudely refused this too and said "that's why I sent you the list, so you can sort through them". I am not the real estate agent with access to your CRM software search and filtering capabilities, and I'm not going to Zillow search 15 addresses for your convenience; no thanks. This office is truly unprofessional. They act displeased about doing their job and interacting with them is exhausting. Onto the next

He is as crooked as they come. Hires people to work and doesn't pay their full wages. When they get injured on the job he fires them so they can't file workman's comp and then fails to send tax papers on time causing you to be late filing. BEWARE THIS PERSON AND HIS LIES!!!!!

Scott and OPM Realty will not pay back security deposits even after you have a default judgement against them. Very unethical company and person. SC 2023-21518.

His number just hangs up when you call it. Emails are not returned. As far as I can see, there’s no way to contact Scott to tell him I’m interested in one of his rentals
