From the beginning to the end, Scott was there! I never dreamed my condo could look so good, but Scott and his team made it happen with a video & photos for the listing. The end result was AMAZING, I was so proud that I dared shared them on FB (not required). My condo sold the 1st weekend it was listed and we had over 4 multiple offers and I got over asking price. He eased us through all the complexities of signing documents, sent us free and extremely helpful services such as a photographer to take great pictures and videos that helped us sell our home, and a free home layout instructor who advised us (absolutely no charge) what to do to get the best layout results for our home in order to attract buyers. He even managed to negotiate timings so that we were able to move from one home to another without the need to pay for storage or interim rental. Scott worked very hard on what went from a fairly simple sale to one that had a few unforeseen hurdles (one hurdle that, at the beginning, seemed to threaten to derail the sale); he was very patient & assured me all would get worked out (which it did).
