Scott began his Real Estate Investing career in 2010, when he bought and lived in a 4-unit multi-family building in Dover, NH.
In 2013, he co-founded Harbor Ridge, LLC. Together, Scott & his business partner acquired 22 units in a 2-year time span. In 2018, Scott & his business partner sold their portfolio and Scott went on to startup Northern Properties, LLC.
