Scott was a pleasure to work with and I'd highly recommend! Of the agents I'd reached out to (and those who'd reached out to me), Scott was quick and seemed eager to want to work with me. It was nice that he actually made a phone call to reach out, versus texting or e-mailing a canned response. That same eagerness and personal attention from the very first phone call was present throughout the entire home-buying process. While looking at houses, it was nice to have his eye on things, as he pointed out lots of the minor details and nuances you wouldn't even notice or know to think about -- until they became a problem later on! He was able to move his schedule around, schedule a showing with the listing agent, and meet me at the very last minute when there was a house I absolutely needed to see one afternoon. When I wanted to make a fast offer on said house, he figured out what I was comfortable with, offered his expertise and advice, and then prepared the offer that ended up getting the house. Overall, Scott was attentive, knowledgable, communicative, and was always available whenever I had a question or needed something. He remained positive and motivated even when I was NOT. He went above and beyond and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who can help you navigate this difficult process without settling -- even in this market!
