Scott Otis

Scott was born in Sioux City, Iowa, and he is one of 5 children. His family lived in northwest Iowa for a few years, and they moved to Devils Lake, North Dakota, until he was 17 years-old. Scott was involved in several sports throughout high school, where he learned the power of working toward a goal as a team. He eventually moved again after his junior year to West Des Moines, Iowa, where he graduated high school. Scott attended Iowa State University where he received his B.S. in Finance. During college, he was involved with College Pro Painting, where he ran his own painting franchise for a few years. Also, he was the General Manager of a Cold Stone Creamery. A passion for real estate is what brought Scott to Colorado. He quickly took a property management position with Four Star Realty, and he was responsible for over 120 student-rentals.
