I chose Scott for his experience and negotiating skills, as I have worked with him in the past. My home had been rented out for several years before I decided to sell, and the renters left suddenly in December. I am not in the area, and I found myself needing to sell quickly in the middle of winter. Scott helped me triage what we needed to do to make the house saleable and worked with contractors coming in to paint, carpet, and do various repairs. The home was ready to put on the market in less than 2 weeks, and we started with it well-priced. Even though it was January, I had over 30 showings in 4 weeks, and a contract in less than 2 months, with a tough negotiation. I highly recommend Scott for anyone selling a home

Scott was a huge asset in helping us navigate through a challenging home sale as part of a corporate relocation. Not only did he do the things you'd expect, like provide guidance on pricing and negotiating offers, but he also went above and beyond the call of duty. He recommended contractors when we needed repairs, and even volunteered to assist us by meeting contractors at our home during the workday if we weren't able to be there. When things got particularly stressful with the relocation company, and they DID get very stressful, he was always available and willing to patiently listen and talk us in from the ledge. I would definitely recommend Scott if you're looking to sell a home in Gurnee.

Had a low dollar property to sell and Scott handled as if it were a million dollar property. Got it sold in just a few months and that is good for vacant property. Very professional, good communication and follow up. Probably the best agent I have ever used.

Mr. Paul is very resourceful, organized and meticulous in guiding a prospective buyer. He is quick to explore needs of the client and provides resources to explore it on our own. Once the home is identified by a buyer, he provides initial information necessary, which suits the buyers needs. If buyer is comfortable about the requirements, during showing time, he provides all the specific details, which help the buyer to go forward with the purchase or not. He provides details about expenses involved, comparative analysis and neighborhood amenities suits the buyer in making a right choice. In your quest in buying a home, i don't see any better agent than Mr. Paul.

Since the town home I was selling was 3 hours from my home. I thought I would have to make many trips to oversee cleaning, repairs and details. Once Scott came on board he handled everything for me he arranged for repairs; he even made some of the repairs himself. What I thought would be a tedious process requiring a lot of my time turned into "Scott will take care of it". The property sold within days after putting it on the market. He exhibits a high degree of responsiveness in servicing his clients and is essentially always available by cell phone. He is very realistic in pricing such that he does not recommend too high of a price that lengthens market time but yet his knowledge of the market does not result in underpricing either. He does not waste his time with sellers/landlords that have unrealistic pricing expectations. He keeps his own listing/selling statistics that are updated monthly.
