Scott was a perfect agent. He took my Mom of 84 years old under his wing to sell her house. He had all showings set up one after another (he scheduled many of them) during time Mom was available so as not to disrupt her schedule. He knew in advance who were real potential buyers. She had a buyer, which wasted time trying to bring house price down, once buyer offered real low price Scott had within minutes few more potential showings which turned out to be the perfect buyer.
