I was originally referred to a coworkers of Sean by a friend of mine, but he was to busy to take on new clients. At the time, I wasn't to keen on working with someone else, because my previous Realtor was really poor at her job and I was already frustrated the whole process. Sean, ended up being just what I needed. I could tell by the first house we went to that he was on his A game and that he'd be the realtor for me. He knew what I wanted and was very thorough in his explanations of things as we explored. He took extra steps to assure the house I was looking at made sense for me without being pushy. Every house I wanted to look at, he got me in to see it in a timely manor.Sean is very detailed oriented and was a huge help along the way. With my first realtor, I wanted put in an offer on a house near the same location where I bought my home. I had to repeatedly tell the realtor what price I wanted to offer and she didn't seem to want to listen. With Sean, I didn't have that problem. I dropped my other realtor, found a house that better suits my needs and the other house is still up for sale, for even lower than what I was going to offer. Sean was great at negotiating the price and I was given most of my closing cost by the seller.I used to text this guy on his days off at night and on the weekends. I always got an answer to my questions.Overall, I am extremely happy and couldn't have asked for a better experience. He even bought me breakfast and lunch!

To the Clients of Sean Collier: When my boyfriend and I decided to take the leap into home owner ship, we had no idea where to start! We are both in our early 20s and excited of the idea of moving out of our parents, but honestly thought it would take a life time to get there. Sean is the man! He made himself readily available whether through text, phone calls or meeting up. He understood what we were looking for right of the bat. He didn't waste time getting us in the homes for walk throughs. He went out of his way to get into a house with out us so he made a video and emailed it to us so we could see the house while we were busy.
