My experience with Sean was absolutely everything I expected during my home shopping process. He showed me homes quickly and gave me information that was really helpful in deciding which home to make an offer on. Once I made my offer he negotiated to make sure all of my closing costs were covered. I got a home warranty and all the furniture in my home was conveyed. Furthermore, once the contract was accepted he already had the inspection company ready to go to make sure they did a thorough inspection. Everything was very smooth and we closed in less than 20 days. After closing he checked in with me once a week to make sure there was nothing going on with the house. This was a way better process then i could have ever imagined. I would give 10 stars if I could. I had been told by all my friends and family that the home buying process was a horror movie but this process was a breeze with Mr. Sean guiding me to home ownership. I highly recommend Sean and his team as they came through for me when I had no clue what I was doing. He will be my agent for every real estate purchase I make throughout my life.
