Kelly and Sean sold our home and helped us buy a new one during the COVID-19 pandemic which was no easy task!! They managed the entire process for both homes and made everything go incredibly smoothly during an always changing and stressful time. We met Sean at an open house in the summer of 2019 as we were starting the home buying process. We liked his laid back, but knowledgable approach. We decided we wanted to be in Vienna and Sean showed us quite a few houses to help us and him figure out exactly what we were looking for. At the end of Oct we found a house we absolutely loved, but ultimately we were outbid. We were very disappointed and decided to take a break from looking. Sean continued to keep his eye out and earlier this year found us our dream house. I didn't think we'd ever find something we loved as much as the other house, but I think I love this one even more. The beauty of working with Sean is that he comes with his equally talented wife, Kelly, who is also a realtor. The house we bought was new construction and Kelly helped us to keep things on track. She also was a good resource for the finishes/design aspects we were able to choose. Sean & Kelly are a pleasure to work with and are great at what they do. I couldn't recommend them more.
