We'd had bad experiences with real estate agents in the past. Sean came to us highly recommended but we were still leery due solely to our prior experiences with other agents. Very knowledgable about the area. He was also very good at explaining the difference between the variety of housing options. Super patient, he took the time to let take our time at each home we looked at. He did not rush us, we felt that he wanted us to find the home right for us. He was not a pushy salesman. Lastly, he was very good at explaining the process and explained the same thing over and over when we did not understand. He even matched us with a very good mortgage lender!

Sean Summerall is a professional real estate agent. He is also a great person. Since it was my first experience buying a house, I had many questions and concerns. He took care of me throughout every step of the way. Local knowledge: He had very impressive local knowledge so after speaking with him briefly about where I am looking to find my house, he provided me with so many options, even options I did not initially look at (thinking the location would be inconvenient for my commute). However, I ended up purchasing the house I initially disgarded since the location ended up being much more helpful for my commute to work. Process expertise: Sean knew the process very well. He contacted me to explain all the processes. He was able to explain the different parts of the contract as well. Responsiveness: Sean was reachable at any date or time. Once I told him that texting would be the best way to be reached, he made sure to communicate any information. He had to negotiate for my house during Thanksgiving and he kept me advised of the situation. I also appreciated him letting me know what I should expect in the next day or two. Negotiation skills: Sean has great negotiation skills. Although the seller's agent came in very strong, Sean was able to hold firm to the price we agreed on and negotiate an excellent cost. Overall, Sean was great to work with. He made sure I was included in everything I needed to be included while he kept the unneccessary drama away. Sean is an awesome agent. I was looking to buy a house and Sean showed me several homes that I asked to see and provided me with additional homes he thought I might like based on what I told him I was looking for. I ended up finding the home I really liked online and went to it during an open house. Sean could tell from the photos that the home would most likely be in a competitive situation and advised me of several tricks I could utilize by structuring my contract in a way to make it more appealing for the seller. Long story short is that the insider tips that Sean shared with me only come from years of experience in the real estate profession.
