I grew up in Galveston helping my Dad remodel homes. After graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Construction Science my love for construction and understanding building layouts was a gateway into real estate. Thereafter I spent 7 years in the construction industry as a field engineer and project manager where I gained a true understanding of the real estate market and building trends. I've spent the past 15 years in Houston and specialize in performing comparative market analysis to maximize my client's negotiations whether they are renting, buying or selling. In 2012 I realized where my passion was and became an agent for Urban Leasing & Realty. SMy client management background and attention to detail will make the process seamless and easy for even a first time home buyer. I educate and walk my clients through each step making sure they are comfortable and happy whether they are looking to lease, buy, or list their home. I understand that real estate can be the biggest investment most clients make in their entire life!
