Sebastian Mavrides

Patricia and her son Sebastian were attentive to every detail of this difficult sale. The buyers had many issues and negotiations were protracted.Their sense of professionalism and attention to detail left us feeling confident in their abilities to close this transaction. They both treat you like family and walk you through every aspect of a sale. They also were very accommodating in showing times due to our difficult scheduling and made sure our cats were well accounted for.Any purchase or sale, these are the people you want representing you.

Sebastian was a pleasure to work with. He and Patricia were with us every step of the way from selling our condo to making the purchase of our new home. As a team, they work well together. One of them is always available to answer questions or respond to an email or phone call. They put a great deal of effort into selling our condo and just as much effort finding us a home with all of our wants and needs. I would highly recommend Sebastian for all your real estate needs whether buying or selling, you'll be in good hands.

Sebastian was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the area, patient, accommodating, and made us feel like we were his only clients with the attention, care, and responsiveness he gave to us. I would absolutely use Sebastian again and recommend him to anyone looking to move!

This was a very positive experience for me and my husband. Sebastian knows his stuff. Our house was priced right and sold in two weeks. Respected our privacy and always communicated with us when he needed to get into the house. I highly recommend Sebastian Mavrides.

Patricia and Sebastian were absolutely wonderful! Buying a home is a very stressful process but they made the experience much more enjoyable! They are very knowledgable about the market and were great to work with!
